    1. The laundry is in an unbalanced state during washing.     2. The safety switch on the top cover of the washing machine is damaged. The dehydration process of washing machines is a high-speed mechanical movement. During the dehydration process, try not to open the top cover to avoid damage to the top linkage switch. If the top linkage switch of the washing machine is damaged, the washing machine cannot be dehydrated.     3. The texture of the clothing is caused. Compared with summer, there are many types of clothing textures in winter. For example, wool-type clothing has strong water absorption.     4. The washing machine drainage system is blocked. When the drainage system of the washing machine is blocked, the washing liquid in the water tank cannot be drained. When there is too much foam in the water tank or the washing liquid in the tank is difficult to drain for a while, the water level switch cannot be reset and the washing machine cannot enter the dehydration process. If this is the reason why the washing machine cannot be dehydrated, it is recommended to remove the drainage filter and clean it, rinse the drainage outlet with water and remove debris in the drainage valve.


    5. The water level switch cannot be reset. The washing machine dehydration process starts under the condition that the water level switch is reset after the washing liquid is drained.     1. Motor failure causes the washing machine to fail to dry: If the washing machine cannot dry due to a machine failure, try opening the back cover of the washing machine and moving the pulley by hand. After the power supply is connected, the motor has a buzzing sound but does not rotate, which means that the motor is short circuited or damaged between turns, or the capacitor is not connected to the motor circuit. At this time, cut off the power supply, remove the motor belt and restart. If the motor still does not run or the speed is low, it is a motor fault and the motor should be repaired or replaced.


    2. Damage to the solenoid valve prevents the washing machine from dehydrating: washing and dehydrating of the fully automatic washing machine is completed by switching the gear at the bottom of the solenoid valve. Damage to the solenoid valve will also prevent the dehydration from operating normally!


    3. The washing machine cannot be dehydrated because the motor plug is loose: Since the connecting wires of the drum washing machine use connectors, during the transportation process, the motor plug is often loose or the plug is ejected during installation due to vibration and other reasons. If the plug comes loose, re-insert it and tie it tightly with a strapping wire to prevent it from falling off again.


    4. The washing machine cannot be dehydrated due to the failure of the computer control board: it can only be replaced because the control board is covered with glue for waterproofing, and repair is quite inconvenient!


    5.
